• Orders are generally processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
•In case any order is cancelled post its dispatch, the amount of shipping charges, packaging and manpower charges are to be borne solely by the customer.
• Orders placed after Saturday afternoon will be dispatched on the following Tuesday morning.
• Upon dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the courier partner’s serviceability.
• While we endeavour to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, Visorwala shall not be liable for any delays caused due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier partner delays, weather conditions, natural calamities, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen logistical issues.
• Tracking information will be shared via the email address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order, once the shipment has been dispatched.
