🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – VISORWALA

At Visorwala, we take utmost care at every stage of packaging and dispatch to ensure that our visors reach customers in perfect condition. Each product undergoes quality checks before shipping due to the delicate and scratch-prone nature of visors.

However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances during transit may result in a product reaching you in a damaged condition.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

As a policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, store credits, or cancellations on visors.
Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, specifications, compatibility information, and images before placing an order.


2. Exchange Only in Case of Transit Damage

We offer exchange only under the following circumstances:
• The product received is physically damaged during transit, rendering it unusable.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate an exchange request, customers must share:
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
 • A complete unpacking video recorded from the moment the package is opened and thereby showing the defect clearly in the video.
• Order details via email to visorwala@gmail.com

Requests without proper evidence will not be considered.


3. Exchange Process
• Once the damage is verified by our team, we will arrange for the product to be collected and replaced with the same model and variant (subject to availability).
• The decision to approve or reject an exchange request rests solely with Visorwala after verification.


4. Exclusions (No Exchange Will Be Provided For):
• Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Minor cosmetic marks, micro scratches that do not affect the visibility or dust visible under light
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Compatibility or fitment issues with helmets
• Products that have been used, installed, tampered with, or not in original packaging
• Damage caused post-delivery or due to improper handling by the customer


5. Product Condition Requirement

For an exchange to be processed:
• The product must be unused
• Returned in original packaging
